Such as the "upload successful" alert on KDP's dashboard. Because that might lead to believing the ebook was uploaded and subsequently overlooking the much quieter "error" message(s) until it's too late.

Despite whatever Amazon KDP sent out to everyone who preordered (and I'm writing this while holding back tears because I'd broken a new personal record until this glitch), Book 2 of Song of the Sidhe is on time, on schedule, and HAPPENING.
