From the Author's Desk I'm a bit late in the day sending this out, but it's for good reason—I'm busy celebrating the release of Queen of Night! (And preparing for Oktoberfest, which starts tomorrow 😅) If you haven't grabbed the ebook of this Epic Romantasy, it's still only 99¢ until the end of October! Grab the New Release I truly wish I had more to say on this—some sort of great fanfare, confetti, something marginally more exciting than HERE, READ THE BOOK 😂 But, real talk? I'm tired. And...

From the Author's Desk Here it is: the first issue of the first volume of the brand new "author newsletter" of yours truly, Nikki Auberkett! I've actually been pretty excited about this because I'm trying out something new, something segmented for easier reading, and I'm super hopeful that you'll find this to be a genuinely entertaining "twist" on the typical email newsletter: Instead of one super long section of text, I'm breaking things down into "floating papers"—sections that stand out,...

I wish I could think of some super suave, ultra-professional "wow, what an author!" way of writing an intro for this month's newsletter, but let's face it. I'm way too excited because... Only 10 days left before ARCs for Queen of Night officially distributes! That's right: Queen of Night Advanced Reader Copies will be sent out August 15th And I just gotta say, I am SO EXCITED for you to read it!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I will include the review site links/buttons in that particular email for those of you who...

🥳 Happy July! 🥳 It's my birthday month and a great time to celebrate another year around the sun, another round of crops coming in (helloooooo, sweet corn 🌽👀🤤), and another exciting update for the upcoming Queen of Night ✨ I'm feeling very emoji-y today. Bear with me. Signed Paperbacks Available for ✨PREORDER✨ You read that right: this is happening!!! And this is going to be the only time I can guarantee a solid deal on the paperback price—because I'm pretty sure, based on word count as I go...

If you're looking at the header of this email wondering, Wait...what's that? Something new? Yes. Something new, something that I honestly should have anticipated but my stubborn butt refused to admit I'd probably/definitely get deep into the lore... Book 3 has a new title & cover! Why? Because despite getting rid of "fluff" (Roxi has emotions, we get it), I found myself rushing through sections to keep the pace rolling so we wouldn't end up with 80 chapters of "hi & bye" dialogue,...

I was very, very tempted to tell you that: 1) Roxi was dreaming the whole time and none of it actually happened 2) Devon kicks the bucket on Page 274 But I value my life and want all my limbs to remain attached to my body 🤣 I envy the other authors and publishers who know how to pull April Fool's Day pranks way better than me, like the email I received announcing new flavored book edges...and Jennifer Armentrout's latest release being scented a delicious roasted garlic... ...and the Great...

Hey there, Reader: First, thank you for being here. Truly. This ARC team—and this book series—means the world to me, and your excitement for this series is something I never take for granted. Because of this, I want to give you a transparent update about where things currently stand with Blood of Balor and all things part of the Otherworld Universe (aka the Song of the Sidhe and the companion series, short stories, etc). The short version: I’m behind schedule. Not because I’ve forgotten the...

TGIF, Reader! Okay so no, I did not trade off my firstborn to an impish fae in exchange for turning my book covers into gold. That was all me. I added the shimmer ☺️ Every book in Song of the Sidhe gets the same magical, alchemic treatment—from standard paperback into Super Limited (because #printruns) Collector's Edition—so all the beautiful details we love about the series get to glisten. And guess what? Today’s the day: Heir of Oberon is live on Kickstarter! As I'm typing up this quick...

Hi, Reader! I wanted to drop you a quick note about ✨everything✨ coming up this weekend/month/end-of-year, as I have recently discovered a few things: It seems so much more feasible to do things all at once when the planning takes place *way* in advance No matter how good I get at juggling multiple hats on my head at once, I'm never going to be that good! Sometimes, a head cold is the sniffles...and sometimes it punches you in the face for a few days At the time, splitting it into 2 parts...
